ok so my friend Nadia gave me a good reason to post here ! a chain of 4 trivial things but i think its interesting ,trivial things make a person who they are soooo...here we go!

side note: those transformation shows rock! xtreme makeover ,the swan ...super inspiring ,i owe a lot of my weight loss to those shows!
